Full-Time, permanent role

8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (needs to be onsite and can be an earlier start)

Exeter

Role Overview: Internal Recruitment Coordinator needed to work within a busy HR team for a manufacturer based in Exeter. This role provides support to the HR function in delivering an effective and positive service to employees and managers throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Included in this position, you will undertake general administrative duties and assist with various HR related matters.

Skills and experience needed for this role:

  • Recruitment Coordinating experience managing full-cycle, in-house recruitment whilst also working with suppliers/agencies
  • Supporting hiring managers with potential candidates including Calendar management for interview bookings
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Process driven with an aptitude for complex processes
  • Excellent IT systems skills
  • Sensitivity to general HR situations
  • Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and manager and adapt style accordingly

Internal Recruitment Coordinator Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent appointments
  • Organising pre-employment medicals and inductions
  • Process all employee changes: Drafting all contracts and variation to contract letters, maintaining employee records, processing employee performance reviews, coordinating annual training, processing starters and leavers
  • Collating and preparing document packs to support the HR Advisers with casework
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on headcount
  • Maintain and update the divisional organisational charts and reports on joiners, leavers etc. and general HR support in all areas of HR.
