Role Overview:
HR and Recruitment Coordinator needed with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent relevant experience to join our client's friendly, busy HR team. This role provides support to the HR function in delivering an effective and positive service to employees and managers throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle. In this role you will undertake general administrative duties and assist with various HR related matters.
Skills and experience needed for this role:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent relevant experience
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process driven with an aptitude for complex processes
- Excellent IT systems skills
- Sensitivity to general HR situations
- Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and managers and adapt style accordingly
HR Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- To act as the first point of contact for visitors to the HR department, directing queries as appropriate to the relevant team member and effectively troubleshooting where possible
- Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent appointments
- Manage the recruitment of temporary workers liaising with agencies and hiring managers, organising pre-employment medicals and inductions
- Administration of new starters including right to work checks, onboarding forms and inductions
- Process all employee changes: Drafting all contracts and variation to contract letters, maintaining employee records, processing employee performance reviews, coordinating annual training, processing starters and leavers
- Coordinate the processes in relation to Occupational Health Referrals and coordinate and liaise with Managers on recommendations
- Collating and preparing document packs to support the HR Advisers with casework
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on headcount
- Maintain and update the divisional organisational charts and reports on joiners, leavers etc. and general HR support in all areas of HR.
