Our client based in Hereford specialise in supplying trade products to businesses across the UK and globally. Due to continuous growth of the business, our client is now able to recruit another Sales Executive to join the sales team (training on business model and product list will be provided). This position will be ideal for an ambitious and driven individual, to progress in a growing company within an exciting and ever-changing industry.
Skills and Competencies needed for the Account Executive role:
- Excellent telephone manner when consulting with potential customers
- Experience of working with CRM sales tools and processes; experience with an ERP system would be beneficial
- Ability to understand customers' current product and offer them the best possible solution
- Ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated and driven
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Organisation and diary management
- Information gathering, negotiation skills, and open questioning
- Achieve results monthly
- Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
