Are you an experienced EHS professional who thrives in high‑risk, high‑profile environments? A leading delivery partner operating on major UK infrastructure programmes is looking for an EHS & Security Manager to take ownership of Environmental, Safety, Health and Security performance across complex, regulated projects.

The Role

  • Lead and embed robust EHS & security management systems across live projects
  • Act as the trusted interface with a blue‑chip client and external regulators
  • Review and approve all EHS documentation before client submission
  • Drive incident investigation, risk management and continuous improvement
  • Oversee contractor compliance, audits, and site inspections
  • Champion a strong, proactive safety and security culture on site

This is a high‑impact role with real influence at project and leadership level.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience managing EHS & security on major construction, infrastructure or demolition projects (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation, environmental compliance and security controls
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or similar
  • Chartered / certified with IOSH, IEMA, IIRSM or similar (desirable)
  • A confident communicator who can challenge, influence and lead by example
