They are currently hiring for Junior Contract Managers (salaries from £45,000 to £55,000) and Contract Managers (salaries from £55,000 to £65,000).
Contract Manager - Responsibilities Overview- Assist in the development and implementation of contracts, guiding them from design through to operation to ensure successful construction and delivery stages.
- Oversee the management of high-value contracts, ranging from approximately £100 million to £2 billion, with appropriate support.
- Manage relationships with project developers, monitor contract milestones, and work proactively to meet contractual obligations, enabling timely payments and project progress.
- Existing commercial contract management experience with contracts in excess of £10M with knowledge of highly complex technical projects.
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, renewables or technically complex construction management industries would be highly beneficial.
- Strong financial acumen with commercial contract management governance skills.
