£Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
Significant maintenance and engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Previous supervisory, Team Leader or people management experience
Experience conducting appraisals, providing feedback and managing performance
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word
Maintenance Planning:
- Lead, plan and prioritise maintenance activities across the site, balancing preventative maintenance, breakdown response and improvement projects
- Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and timeframe
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Maintain effective spares and consumables management to support maintenance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, improve efficiency and enhance maintenance processes
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, including machine downtime, breakdown trends, response times and repeat failures
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all maintenance activities
- Support adherence to ISO standards and company quality requirements
