With two vibrant offices and a commitment to sustainable practices, we are looking for an Accounts and Office Administrator to join our team. This is an onsite role at our Bramshill, Hook, Hampshire office. Key Responsibilities * Oversee financial operations using Xero, including data input, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring all records are accurate and timely. * Manage invoicing, expense claims, and mileage reimbursements while maintaining detailed and compliant financial documentation. * Provide accurate financial data to external accountants to support monthly and quarterly management reporting cycles. * Take responsibility for managing utilities, business rates, and council tax cycles for both office locations, ensuring timely payments and effective record-keeping. * Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking accommodations and transport, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. * Support general administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, processing documentation, and assisting with ad hoc requirements. * Work closely with directors and the business manager in a high-confidence environment, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. What We’re Looking For * Essential: Experience with Xero accounting software is a key requirement. * Proven experience in accounts and office administration within a small business. * A passion for sustainability and alignment with our planet-before-profit ethos. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Confidence and discretion in handling confidential information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
