Operational Diagnostic and Process Mapping Engagement (3 Months) ONSITE Tamworth Outside IR35 Circa £450p/day
Scope:
- Deliver two defined diagnostic work streams:
- Customer journey, end to end across all operational touchpoints
- Asset lifecycle, from acquisition or onboarding through utilisation, maintenance, and disposal
Outcome:
- Clear operational blueprints for each in scope department
- Activity level current state process maps
- End to end customer journey map
- End to end asset lifecycle map
- Consolidated findings highlighting constraints, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities
- Fact based inputs to inform leadership planning and prioritisation
Personal Profile:
- Proven experience in business improvement, operational diagnostics, or process mapping engagements
- Strong hands on approach grounded in gemba observation and workflow analysis
- Background in logistics, hire, motor rental, or asset intensive operational environments is essential
- Able to work credibly with senior stakeholders and operational teams
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Tamworth based or able to attend site regularly, with UK travel as required
