A rapidly growing renewable energy business is seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead its next phase of expansion. Strong annual revenue, a high-performing team, and strong operational foundations, the company is scaling into a regional platform through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with sector knowledge and a growth mindset—ready to shape the future of Green Energy for homes.

What You’ll Lead:

Commercial Strategy

  • Drive revenue growth through organic expansion
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales function
  • Forge strategic partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and commercial clients
  • Oversee pricing strategy and margin optimisation

Operational Excellence

  • Scale proven systems while protecting margins
  • Expand service & maintenance as a recurring revenue stream
  • Maintain installation quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Ops Director on KPIs and performance frameworks

Person Profile:

Experience

  • Proven success scaling B2C/B2B service businesses from £5m to £20m+
  • Sector experience in heat pumps, renewables, or home services
  • Strong background in building and managing sales teams
  • Prior P&L ownership essential
