We have partnered with a leading demolition contractor who are recruiting now for multiple Project Managers to take on ownership and responsibility of the decommissioning and demolition of a range of small to large scale structures across the South of England and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing demolition projects from concept to completion, ensuring key milestones are agreed and met.
  • Taking full ownership for project scheduling, forecasting, finances & budgets.
  • Managing project operatives and subcontractors, making sure project requirements, standards and safety regulations are met and adhered to.
  • Working and communicating with key project stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Identifying and mitigating any and all potential risks.
  • Preparing and submitting project progress reports.
  • Managing all technical project documentation.

Skills/Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in the demolition sector working as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent project management skills.
