The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in large, complex organisations with strong processes in place. They will understand how to transform traditional siloed supply chain and procurement systems into dynamic ecosystems.
This role will be part of an overall transformation of the procurement and supply chain function to align with the companies overall targets to reach 10 GW operational renewable energy assets within the next decade.

- Strong exposure to supplier assurance practises including understanding supplier risk
- Transformation experience with a strategic mindset
- Being able to coordinate and influence key stakeholders – both internally and externally
- Align suppliers with strategic goals through structured, integrated frameworks
Essential experience:
- Supplier assurance programme implementation within large complex organisations
- Strong understand and knowledge of procurement best practises and industry standards
- Influential people skills to drive change through engagement of stakeholders
- MCIPS/Project Management or similar qualification preferred
