The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering projects from design, all the way through construction, commissioning and handover. This person will have also had exposure to HV substation construction, up to 400kV. This person will spearhead the delivery of a 400kV substation works package, part of a hybrid wider solar PV and BESS construction programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the package works from design to handover
  • Management of subcontractors through contract management principles
  • Coordinating with other contractors overseeing energy plant construction - PV and BESS
  • Overseeing end site practices including HSE

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in substation project delivery - up to and including 400 kV
  • Strong track record in delivering projects in complex stakeholder environments
  • Previous experience of DNO and TSO level projects in the UK
  • Available to travel to site regularly
