Duties

• Build rapport with customers by providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the team to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance
• Stay informed about product updates, industry developments, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a freelance or independent capacity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales tracking software is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
