Qualities they are looking for:

  • Experience of building strong relationships with multiple clients
  • Driving &/or Industrial Recruitment agency experience
  • A full driving license
  • A strong appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery, to ensure repeat business and quality of supply.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of client requirements.
  • A desire to become a subject matter expert.
  • The ability to network effectively.
