Green Elephant Recruitment has been asked to source an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager for a leading National Recruitment Agency to support a key corporate account. You will be joining this highly successful company at a very exciting time, offering very good opportunities for career progression. This is a fast-paced role and they are looking for someone to come in and support their business needs working collaboratively with the client to anticipate future recruitment requirements.
On-site volume recruitment management experience is essential. You will be responsible for:
- The supervision and development of your team.
- Exceeding client expectation.
- Providing a quality service.
- Taking responsibility for candidate fulfilment.
