We are a growing solar panel business based in Waltham Abbey and are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with emails, and happy to support the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
  • Managing emails and general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
  • Data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and other documents (training provided)
  • Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers
  • General day-to-day administrative support for the team
