We are a growing solar panel business based in Waltham Abbey and are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with emails, and happy to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
- Managing emails and general correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
- Data entry and maintaining customer records
- Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and other documents (training provided)
- Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers
- General day-to-day administrative support for the team
Skills & Experience
- Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Confident using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
