About Green Earth Developments Group (certified B Corp) Green Earth Developments Group (GEDG) is a purpose driven environmental and land management business delivering high impact nature recovery, biodiversity enhancement and land transformation projects across the UK. We work with major housebuilders, national infrastructure organisations, local authorities and commercial developers to deliver solutions that balance progress with responsible environmental stewardship. We are one of the country’s leading providers of BNG unit sales to developers. Our mission: to rebuild nature and repower communities. We collaborate across the planning, housing, development and environmental sectors to deliver measurable positive impact, underpinned by strong governance, commercial discipline and a commitment to environmental excellence.
The Role We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who is commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly organised, someone who thrives not in a traditional outbound sales environment, but in a structured, process driven, relationship led commercial role. This is a middle management position reporting to Head of Sales, with line management responsibility for junior sales executives as the team grows. This role would suit someone who has a background in Sales Operations, Account Management or Client Success Management in a complex B2B, infrastructure, public sector, or built environment context. Ideally experience within Planning, Housing, Development, Land Management, Ecology or Environmental Services. Additionally, an understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), environmental markets, habitat banking, or related legislation would be a distinct advantage.
You will be the engine behind our commercial workflow: ensuring enquiries are managed professionally, clients are well supported and guided through our processes, sales data and forecasts are robust, relationships are nurtured, and the business has the intelligence it needs to make strong strategic decisions.
