Ideally experience within Planning, Housing, Development, Land Management, Ecology or Environmental Services. You will be the engine behind our commercial workflow: ensuring enquiries are managed professionally, clients are well supported and guided through our processes, sales data and forecasts are robust, relationships are nurtured, and the business has the intelligence it needs to make strong strategic decisions.

- Coach direct reports to build commercial capability and sector knowledge
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new junior hires and interns
- Allocate workload across the team to balance enquiries, accounts and reporting
- Support interns with structured exposure to ecology, delivery and finance teams where relevant
