The General Manager in Training is a crucial role within our business.
As a General Manager in Training, you will embark on a comprehensive 12-week inductionprogram, designed to develop the skills and knowledge you need to become asuccessful General Manager.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for thosewith strong leadership potential to progress within Mitchells & Butlers.
Based within a district as a General Manager in Training, you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as you will be working across anumber of different businesses.
With the support of your area manager and armed with atraining plan, you will grow your teams and smash your targets.

PROGRESSION
Uponsuccessful completion of the 12-week induction program, you will be assessedfor your readiness to take on a General Manager role.
If you’ve smashed yourtraining plan, you’ll be considered for available General Manager positions totake on a business of your own.
Alternatively, individuals may be consideredfor Deputy or Assistant Manager positions based on their performance anddevelopment needs.
