GE Vernova – Power Conversion is looking for an experienced Electrical / Systems Engineer to support projects involving motors, generators, electrical drives, switchboards, power conversion, and HV systems.
Key requirements:
- Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Electrical systems/design engineering experience
- EPLAN / E-Plan & AutoCAD
- HV experience (1kV AC / 1.5kV DC)
- Systems integration, testing & commissioning experience
- MATLAB/Simulink, Speedgoat, Teamcenter or power conversion experience is a plus
Eligibility & Security Requirements
- Must meet the UK nationality requirements applicable to UK Eyes Only projects
- Must currently reside in the UK
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, SC Security Clearance
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Visa sponsorship is not available
? The initial contract runs to December 2026, with potential for extension depending on project requirements, workload and business needs.
