Green Data Talent is partnered with a global Engineering business leading the drive towards Electrification and the Energy Transition. We’re looking for a Lead Project Engineer to drive complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across Power Systems, Automation, and Mechanical Integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team delivering high-impact engineering solutions
- Oversee design, integration, testing & commissioning
- Support project management and take technical ownership
- Manage budgets, risks, documentation, and quality control
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Proven leadership in engineering environments
- Expertise in power systems, drives, motors, automation, or grid-connected systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset
