- Creates and provides solutions such as tooling, equipment, specifications and training for manufacturing to enable a stable production schedule
- Interface with business leadership, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution of activities to meet business needs
- Design and implement production improvements within manufacturing to reduce costs and improve lead times
- Attend design reviews and identify production issues that require solving
- Support manufacturing to enable adequate equipment and tooling are available as requested
- Provide innovative health and safety solutions
- Attend Lean events and process improvement events to improve the business
