We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Quality Manager to support a major high-voltage power infrastructure project. This role will be responsible for driving quality assurance and construction readiness activities across a complex multi-contractor environment, ensuring all works meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong culture of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction quality assurance activities across all project phases
- Develop and implement quality plans, and quality control procedures
- Conduct contractor and supplier audits, managing corrective actions
- Ensure all installations, materials, and equipment meet required standards and certifications
- Support commissioning readiness through robust documentation and traceability
- Manage quality reporting, inspections, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and project stakeholders on all quality matters
Ideal Experience:
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar experience
- 5+ years’ experience in quality management within major infrastructure or power projects
- Strong background in HVDC, substations, transmission, or high-voltage projects preferred
- Experience working within EPC or multi-contractor environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality systems
- Familiarity with IEC, EN, BS, and utility standards
