Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clarins skincare division, guiding the team to deliver personalized consultations and exceptional service.
• Develop and execute promotions, events, and training programmes to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain product knowledge of luxurious formulations and natural ingredients.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Life Pharmacy to run health initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty or makeup industry (desired).
• Retail sector experience preferred.
• Strong customer rapport and excellent communication skills.
• High standard of presentation and passion for the beauty industry.
• Desire to succeed and grow the Clarins counter.
