Responsibilities

1. Management of financial packages.
2. Developing relationships with clients and main contractors.
3. Supporting pre-construction activities, including tender preparation with a Director.

Candidate Profile

• Background in Construction, with experience in M&E.
• Experience as a PQS, Quantity Surveyor, or Pre-Construction Manager.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and contractors.
