Your Role
- Leading the setup, registration, and launch of the home with Ofsted
- Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
- Delivering personalised, child-focused care
- Recruiting, training, and managing a dedicated care team
- Overseeing daily operations, budgets, and compliance
- Building strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Driving continuous improvement and preparing for inspections
What You’ll Bring
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or 3+ years as a Deputy Manager
- Proven success in achieving good/outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and care planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check
