We are now looking for a Physiotherapy Recruitment Consultant.
What’s expected of you:
- Excellent communication skills – the ideal candidate is able to manage and communicate information clearly and concisely across the company and to external organisations, verbal with strong telephone and keyboard skills.
- The ability to work quickly, accurately and consistently under pressure.
- Self-motivated / Driven Personality.
- Organised and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and gain trust.
- Excellent written and verbal English Skills; Ability to communicate across the multi-disciplinary spectrum.
- You will require recruitment experience of a minimum of 3 months either in healthcare (which is a bonus) or other sectors.
About the role:
- You’ll play an integral part in growing the division by growing your network of medical professionals via LinkedIn and other networking platforms and job boards within your specialist sector.
- Business Development (Cold Calling Clients to enquire about vacancies you can fill).
- Resource relevant applicants for roles through CV Screening and meeting them face to face.
- Always provide a responsive and professional service, as well as ensuring confidentiality to our candidates.
- We are lucky to have in-house payroll and compliance which takes off the pressure of doing your full potential with more time looking after your candidates.
