I am looking for a Children Residential Support Worker to work waking night shifts in Lymington.. This is a full time permanent role and comes with a great salary and development opportunities. You will be working for an amazing organisation who really value and support their staff and they will fund Level 3/5 qualifications. You will be supporting an experienced care team, providing care and support to young people throughout the night. The children have needs including learning disabilities, so you will need to be resilient, patient and friendly. You will be able to set and stick to boundaries and help the social development of the young people. This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role and you will be making a huge difference to the young people you support. The ideal candidate will have the following: * Experience in a support worker role * Ability to work nights * A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others. * Be caring, compassionate, understanding and show patience. * Be a team player, flexible, honest and reliable. * A driving licence would be beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long term career with an organisation that truly cares for their staff
