Role Overview The Quality & Compliance Lead will play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates to the highest standards of compliance, accreditation, and quality management. The successful candidate will oversee company accreditations (including PAS and MCS), ensure C2 and C3 inspections are completed and reported in line with funder requirements, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Alongside these core compliance responsibilities, the role will focus on continuous improvement—identifying and implementing effective digital solutions and software platforms to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall quality of service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain compliance with all relevant industry accreditations (PAS, MCS, and others). * Ensure C2 and C3 inspections are completed and reported accurately in line with funder requirements. * Develop, manage, and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). * Prepare the business for ISO 9001 accreditation. * Lead the documentation, review, and enhancement of operational processes. * Research and recommend digital tools and systems to support efficiency and business growth. * Act as the primary contact for audits, inspections, and accreditation bodies. * Produce accurate compliance and inspection reports for both management and funders. * Stay up to date with regulatory and accreditation changes to ensure continued compliance. * Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Provide guidance, training, and support to colleagues on quality and compliance processes. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential – Must HAVE! * Proven experience in compliance, quality management, or a related field. * Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks such as PAS and MCS. * Excellent organisational, documentation, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. * Confident communicator, able to engage with internal teams, auditors, and external partners. * Ability to interpret and apply compliance and accreditation requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management systems. * Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements. Desirable: * Formal qualification in quality management, auditing, or compliance. * Experience working with funded programmes or within a regulated environment. * Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience in business software evaluation, implementation, or digital transformation projects.
