Job Title: Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire (on-site) Rate: £250 – £300 per day (depending on experience) Contract Length: 16 weeks (with potential to move onto further projects) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in roofing and cladding to join our team for a 16-week engagement supporting our client, a specialist in delivering high-quality building envelope solutions across the commercial, industrial, and motorsport sectors. You will oversee the delivery of a specialist roofing and cladding package at the Silverstone site, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. Upon successful completion, there is potential to move onto further high-profile projects with our client. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of the roofing and cladding works from mobilisation to completion. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and programme compliance. * Oversee health & safety on site, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks. * Monitor progress, costs, and resources, producing regular reports for senior management. * Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders. * Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and quality control records. Requirements * Proven track record as a Project Manager in roofing, cladding, or building envelope projects. * Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, installation methods, and relevant regulations. * Excellent organisational and leadership skills. * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. * Competent in Microsoft Office and project management software. * Strong commitment to health & safety compliance.
