The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of facades projects across the North West and Yorkshire, with potential involvement in projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer contracts for facades projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to Project Managers, Site Teams, and Senior Management
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Prepare change orders, claims, and commercial reports
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and financial performance
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained for all projects
- Support tendering and procurement processes
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the facades, roofing, or cladding sector
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management
- Experience managing multiple projects across different locations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel to projects in North West, Yorkshire, and potentially nationwide
