Initially a four-week contract, this role has strong potential to be made permanent for the right person. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide first-line support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, liaising with candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage HR administration tasks such as contract preparation, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Support engagement initiatives that drive a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Help deliver training sessions, performance reviews, and wellbeing programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices at all times.
About You:
- You are proactive, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running.
- You bring previous HR experience, ideally within a fast-moving or entrepreneurial environment.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A passion for creating an outstanding employee experience is a must.
