Our client, a well‑established façade and cladding contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of cladding and re‑cladding projects valued up to £10m. Projects are predominantly cladding and re‑cladding works, delivered across London and the surrounding areas.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role based out of the client's Greenwich office, combining office work, remote working, and regular site visits. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost control, procurement, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of cladding and re‑cladding projects up to £10m.
  • Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Procurement of subcontractors and materials.
  • Measurement and take‑offs using Bluebeam.
  • Liaison with project managers, design teams, and site teams.
  • Attending site meetings and conducting site visits as required.
  • Managing applications for payment and subcontractor accounts.
  • Supporting risk management and value engineering initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within cladding, façades, or re‑cladding.
  • Strong understanding of façade systems and external envelope works.
  • Experience managing projects up to £10m.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment.
  • UK‑based and within a commutable distance to Greenwich.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
