Facade Project Manager

With a track record of excellence and innovation, our client works with top-tier main contractors and developers across the UK and Europe.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Façade Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile projects in London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of façade packages from design through to installation, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage the full project lifecycle of façade packages from pre-construction to handover.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead interface coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams including design, production, and installation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor progress, manage programme schedules, and proactively resolve delays or issues.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on-site.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee subcontractor performance and material procurement timelines.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage project documentation including risk registers, RAMS, and progress reports.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with commercial teams on cost management, variations, and valuations.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience managing façade or external envelope projects in the UK.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen, or similar façade technologies.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Familiarity with relevant UK building regulations, NHBC, and façade safety standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage high-value, complex packages and deliver results under pressure.\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Degree/HND in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desirable).\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive salary package (£65k–£80k DOE)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on landmark London projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive and progressive working environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career development within a leading European façade contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Travel and professional expenses covered where applicable
