Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Façade Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile projects in London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of façade packages from design through to installation, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle of façade packages from pre-construction to handover.
- Lead interface coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams including design, production, and installation.
- Monitor progress, manage programme schedules, and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and material procurement timelines.
- Manage project documentation including risk registers, RAMS, and progress reports.
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost management, variations, and valuations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing façade or external envelope projects in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen, or similar façade technologies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with relevant UK building regulations, NHBC, and façade safety standards.
- Ability to manage high-value, complex packages and deliver results under pressure.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
- Degree/HND in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
