My client is seeking a number of detail-oriented and highly organised ECO Compliance Administrators to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience in a compliance role, particularly within the ECO sector.
About the Role: As an ECO Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring all administrative and compliance tasks are managed efficiently. You will be responsible for handling compliance documentation, maintaining records, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, check, and organise compliance files.
- Update, print, and scan documentation as required.
- Input data accurately across multiple platforms and websites.
- Generate and manage daily reports.
- Maintain and update the internal CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Compliance, Submissions or Administrative role within the ECO sector.
