Job Title: ASHP Installation Project Manager – South West Location: PL15, Launceston (Office-based with minimal travel) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 About Our Client Our client is a leading domestic retrofit and renewable energy company specialising in the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs). They are committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient solutions that help households reduce energy costs and support the UK’s transition to low-carbon living. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ASHP Installation Project Manager to oversee the delivery of domestic Air Source Heat Pump projects across the South region. Based in the Launceston office, the role involves minimal travel and focuses on ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will coordinate installation teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and maintain clear project reporting and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects within a growing renewable energy business. Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end delivery of ASHP installation projects from planning to completion. * Coordinate and oversee internal installation teams and external subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, MCS, and other relevant standards and regulations. * Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to teams during installations. * Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. * Prepare project reports, documentation, and ensure accurate records for compliance and audit purposes. * Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Skills and Experience Required * Proven experience managing ASHP or renewable heating installations. * Strong understanding of domestic retrofit standards, MCS, and PAS 2030/2035. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver multiple projects. * Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors. * Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. * Competent in reporting, documentation, and project tracking tools. * Full UK driving licence.
