With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and customer service, they are now looking to expand their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation teams to meet growing demand. Role Overview: We are seeking experienced and motivated Air Source Heat Pump installation teams to join our client’s operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects nationwide, with all travel and accommodation needs covered. Key Responsibilities: * Install and commission air source heat pump systems to the highest standards. * Carry out system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting. * Work effectively as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within scope. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Provide excellent customer service and represent our client in a professional manner. Requirements: * Proven experience in the installation of air source heat pumps (domestic or commercial). * F-Gas qualification (advantageous but not essential). * NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent (preferred). * Strong knowledge of heating and renewable energy systems. * Willingness to travel nationally and stay away when required. * Team-player with good communication skills.
