Green Britain Group seeks an Assistant Head of Community to lead delivery across school and community programmes, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan and high-quality delivery. You will supervise staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement across inclusion, health, wellbeing and education initiatives.
You will coordinate programme planning, monitor KPIs, and build strong partnerships with schools and external partners, while maintaining robust governance and reporting.
