A well-established and growing multi-business operation is seeking a Senior Health Safety Manager to lead and shape the next phase of its health, safety and compliance journey. This is a mission-critical appointment for a business operating across several divisions, employing a substantial workforce and delivering projects, services and products throughout the region.

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving standards, influencing culture and ensuring health and safety remains at the heart of every decision. The successful individual will provide strategic leadership whilst remaining close to day-to-day operations.

You will work with managers across multiple business units, developing systems, policies and procedures that not only ensure compliance but help create a culture where safety, accountability and continuous improvement are embedded throughout the organisation.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Health Safety professional who has operated within construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, quarrying, aggregates or other operationally demanding environments. You must be capable of influencing at all levels, challenging where required and supporting the business as it continues to grow.
