The business has grown steadily over more than 30 years and is known for reliability, consistency and customer care.
It operates a multi-depot, fleet-based model with a broad and diverse customer base across hospitality, healthcare, education, offices, construction and industrial environments.
Service delivery sits at the heart of everything it does.
The Operations Manager will sit between ownership and the wider operational teams, taking responsibility for day-to-day performance across three locations.
This is a visible, hands-on role requiring strong operational grip, people leadership and the ability to protect standards while developing and empowering the teams for the future.
You will be regularly on site, supporting, mentoring and coaching managers and their teams, motivating performance and creating an environment where people can thrive.
