A successful manufacturing business employing approximately 90 people is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its leadership team. Privately owned and now in its third generation of family leadership, the company has been operating for over 60 years and has built an excellent reputation for quality, customer service and long-term relationships.
Continued investment, a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans have created an opportunity for a HR professional who wants to make a genuine impact. This is a broad generalist role where you will work closely with managers and senior leaders across the business.
You will provide guidance on:
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Employee wellbeing
- Policy implementation
- Employment legislation
whilst helping to foster a positive and high-performing culture. You will also support workforce planning and talent attraction activities, working with hiring managers to identify requirements, attract high-quality candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The successful HR Business Partner candidate will have previous experience within a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor position and possess a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
