Green Barks Search is proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading supplier of ready-mix and volumetric concrete across Yorkshire and the Northeast. As part of its continued growth and investment, the business is looking to appoint a Concrete Scheduler and Planner to join the team.

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, construction, or concrete operations to join a thriving independent business. This 360° role requires full ownership of the concrete delivery process — from initial customer enquiry, pricing, and booking, through to delivery planning, driver coordination, and job close-out. You’ll work closely with and be mentored by the Concrete Manager, learning how to lead, plan and optimise their fleet of Drum Mixers. You’ll also gain direct exposure to the commercial, operational, and customer-facing aspects of the business. This role suits someone with a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the natural personality to convert enquiries into orders.
