Overview
Mechanic/ Vehicle Technician on a full time basis. WANTED! Car and Van Mechanic to join our team. Your role will involve most aspects of maintenance and repair on cars, vans and LGVs.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, MOT repairs, cam belts, clutches, head gaskets and diagnostic work
- Carrying out 4 wheel alignment, tyres, air conditioning, terraclean, walnut blasting, DPF cleaning, fleet work and more
- Carrying out class 4 and 7 MOTs on site
Job Details
- Standard hours: 45 hours per week, overtime available, with bonuses and benefits including training in diagnostics and electric vehicles
- Location: West Midlands area; candidates must live in the UK, preferably local to the West Midlands
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: £27,000.00 – £39,500.00 per year
- Benefits: Company events, Company pension, Employee discount, Health & wellbeing programme
- Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Saturday
- Experience: Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (required)
- Work Location: In person
Qualifications
- Applicants must have served a recognized apprenticeship as a Motor Vehicle Technician and hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications; NVQ Level 2 with the right experience will be considered
- Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required; holding Licence would be an advantage, driver training can be provided
