Green Arrow Care Providers Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Care Manager to join our management team. Working closely with the Registered Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care services and help maintain high standards of care, staff performance, compliance and service quality.
Responsibilities include the following:
- staffing and rota oversight
- staff supervision
- appraisals and competency assessments
- staff induction and development
- service-user assessments
- care planning and reviews
- risk assessments
- safeguarding
- medication oversight
- complaints and incident management
- quality audits
- spot checks
- care-record audits

- regulatory compliance
- liaison with service users, families, social workers, commissioners, healthcare professionals and other agencies
The Care Manager will support recruitment and staff retention, service improvement, operational issues and emergencies and will deputise for the Registered Manager in appropriate operational matters when required. The role also includes ensuring significant risks, safeguarding concerns and serious incidents are appropriately identified, recorded and escalated.
