About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our care service. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating care visits and managing staff rotas efficiently
- Liaising with care staff, service users, families, and external professionals
- Ensuring continuity and high-quality care for every service user
- Responding to last-minute changes and maintaining service delivery standards
- Supporting recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training of care staff
- Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about making a difference. You should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a care coordination or similar role within domiciliary care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A good understanding of CQC regulations and care sector standards
- The ability to work under pressure and handle scheduling challenges confidently
- Competence using electronic care management systems (training can be provided)
- A flexible approach to working, including participation in on-call cover
