Full-time GDC registered Practice Manager required in a modern, independently owned practice in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This executive leadership role is designed for a professional who can balance the high-level compliance and UDA requirements of a busy 4-surgery mixed practice with the financial and operational precision required for the high-end private market.
Key Responsibilities
- CQC Compliance & Clinical Leadership: Take full ownership of the practice's CQC registered status. Lead clinical audits and ensure the practice is "inspection-ready" at all times.
- UDA & KPI Performance Management: Meticulously track UDA delivery and clinician performance. Use data-driven KPIs to optimize surgery utilization and identify opportunities for private revenue growth.
- Financial Oversight & Bookkeeping: Manage the practice’s financial health via QuickBooks. Handle supplier invoices, monthly reports, and banking/streamline statements.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Develop internal and external marketing strategies to expand private offerings and enhance our digital reputation.
- Proactive Stock Control: Implement a rigorous inventory management system to ensure zero clinical downtime while staying within monthly budgets.
- Complex Rota Management: Full responsibility for clinical and non-clinical rotas, maximizing chair-time efficiency.
- Treatment Coordination (TCO): Lead the patient journey and manage the commitment to high-value private cases with a concierge-level touch.
