Part/Full Time Locum Dentist required 2 - 5 days per week for a friendly, mixed Practice near Sheringham.
Day rate of £450 with a target of 25 UDAs with an additional amount per UDA for overachievement and deduction of same rate for underachievement.
50% Private Rate - predominantly a UDA role although opportunity to add private from upselling NHS patients.
Mon to Fri & Sat available - MUST BE ABLE TO DO A MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS.
Opening Hours: 8.30am - 5pm.
Days Available - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Fully computerised with modern well-equipped, well ventilated 5 surgery practice, Digital X-rays, OPG, Rotary Endo, Apex Locator.
A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities, Hygienist and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator.
On the Norfolk coast, just 4 minutes from the Sea.

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
