Full time Practice Manager required for 5 days per week in a mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near York, North Yorkshire.
Looking for a warm and committed individual for a 6 surgery practice. The role involves:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the practice
- Compliance with CQC and GDC standards
- Managing staff
- Dealing with patients
- Assisting in further development of the practice
Fully computerised with SoE, clinipads, online booking. Supportive environment in a family run practice with competitive remuneration package. This role is a good stepping stone for a Head Nurse to move into practice management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good understanding of dentistry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Effective staff management
- Empathy and care when dealing with patients
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
- Dental Practice Management experience 1 year (preferred)
- Management experience 5 years (required)
